Mass delete a message from all domain mailboxes?

Hi all --

Two questions here..
-  I just had a user mass-mail everyone in the domain with an infected file (Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Upatre.fgf).  This user claims not to have opened any attachments lately, which I believe because our AV would have stopped it.  So first I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with "Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Upatre.fgf" and how it spreads.  The messages came from her account, and I see the smtp interaction in the logs..  did our AV somehow not catch it initially?

-  Second, I'm wondering if there's any way I can mass-delete that message from all users in the domain.  It got sent to about 50 people here and I'm not looking forward to handling 50 calls about that msg.

Thoughts?
Thanks

I agree that it would be nice to have the ability for a domain admin to simultaneously delete an email from any/all domain accounts. We had a situation where our CEO unintentionally forwarded confidential information to our entire Global Address List. He was not amused when I told him I could not "recall" or delete that message from everyone's account.

Agree this would be a good idea.
Please smartermail team add this in the next upgrade.

Thanks

Yes, this would be a nice feature to help mitigate phishing attacks. Voted up. A process like G Suite's to remove malicious emails would be nice: https://support.google.com/a/answer/7581662

Thanks.
