We had a smartermail without any attachment issue. now we exprience very slow or failed attachment download request. we hadn't change any thing in settings or server. I have tested download speed by placing a large file in smartermail folder (mrs) and download speed was normal. issue just happened when downloading attachment from smartemail.

We run smartermail under IIS 8.
