Dextor, if I understand correctly you want to be able to manage other user accounts from your own account. Is that correct? If so, all you have to do is set your account as a domain administrator, then you can manage all user accounts.

Hey Dextor,

 

Are you referring to Message Retrieval and SMTP Accounts? Using these together would allow you to send and receive mail from another account within SmarterMail. For example, I use both SmarterMail and Gmail. I added my Gmail account through IMAP Retrieval and SMTP Accounts and now my Gmail emails are imported into SmarterMail and when I send messages, I can choose whether to send from my SmarterMail account or my Gmail account.
