Would be cool, if I can select all unread messages at once.

When I wake up in the morning, I have a ton of email to go through, some of it is spam. I go through and read the important messages then I'm left with a bunch of unread spam.

I would like a way to select all the unread messages from the menu, so I can then perform the necessary "block sender and delete function with a single click" that I'm hoping you are implementing.

Be careful not to bury multiple request together. It's better to make a separate post for each.

Every morning I have no spam to sort through... I would suggest updating your spam settings to cut it down entirely.

I like looking at the spam sometimes, so I didn't configure settings to remove it. I use the spam to help me give me marketing ideas and to learn from them. You can also email the spammers and tell them they have their emails incorrectly set up and offer you services to them. I use spam as tool and look at it differently then most people. But with all spam, some are useless to me and I would like a quick way to eliminate the ones I deem as pointless.

Hey Henry!

We actually already have a process in place for this. When you have only unread spam messages left, you can use the View button found in the navigation pane to filter your messages.

I have two unread messages currently in my Inbox. I click on View > hover over Filter > hover over Read > click on Unread. Only the two unread messages are left in my navigation pane. I can then use the Select All checkbox right above the navigation pane to highlight the unread messages. Once all are selected, you can use the Actions menu button to mark all as read, move the messages to the Junk folder, etc.

I'll go ahead and change this to Completed, since we already have something in place for this, but if this isn't what you were looking for, please elaborate so I can mark the thread accordingly.

Thank you!!

Andrea, so I starting using the "Filter" feature you pointed out, it gets the job accomplished, but it's still a lot of extra steps, because you have to go back and "Reset" the filter on your inbox.

1) Navigate to the filter options and choose filter "unread"
2) Select all the unread emails
3) Select Block
4) Select Delete
5) Navigate to the filter option and chose "Reset Filter"

In a better world.

1) "Select all Unread"
2) "Delete and Blocked all Selected" (One Command)

As you can see, 2 steps is a lot better then 5. Smartertools already have these commands coded, they just need to make it easier to use to improve the user interface and make it more friendly for people who work in their email inbox everyday.
