Dean,

You would need to send an email to support@cyren.com with this information.

We send a hash of the message to Cyren and then they take it from there.

Let us know what they say,

Thanks - looks like the domain is flagged as a possible spam sender

Still not sure why the domain name doesn't trigger it, though the hyperlinked version does - I'll contact their support...

This is what I got from Cyren tech support (so far):

"Cyren is a technology partner of SmarterMail. We are not familiar with the product settings and functionality. We do suggest you contact SmarterMail for technical support of the product.
regards,
Cyren Support"

That sucks. Hopefully they spend a little more time and attention to what you requesting and realize its something they need to adjust.

Perhaps ST can tell the OP how to obtain the hash of each message so he can then provide it to Cyren for diagnosis?

OR perhaps the OP can give Cyren the IP address of his mail server and ask Cyren to review hash logs to provide further details.

I'm not pointing any fingers here but it's really not that difficult to provide quality customer service when you want to =D
