Hi, I have a genuine use who has been blocked by this and all they get is the message:
 
"outbound messages have been temporarily blocked due to spam behavior on your account"
 
and i cannot find where to clear it???? their ip address is not in the "current IDS blocks"

Mike, the user will receive this message if they have been flagged as a potential internal spammer according to your Internal Spammer Abuse Detection rule.  If they are a genuine user and you know their IP address, you may want to whitelist them.  Currently, there is no list containing blocked internal spammers.  In the rule, you can set up an email address to notify (like the domain admin), block the user outright, or quarantine the sender's messages.

It would be nice to have an overview of all blocked ips when viewing current IDS blocks.

Would be really nice to have a way to see the list of currently blocked internal spammers and also clear entries from the list. Any progress or workarounds since this thread?
