Feature request: adaptive Indexing based on CPU and maybe disk queue length

Hello,
 
what do you think about adding possibility to have option to have adaptive Indexing feature which will change number of threads based on CPU usage and maybe Disk Queue Length?

As an additional thing there could be setting like make higher level of threads durign night hours but on the other hand when indexing would be based on cpu and disk queue length then worker threads would increase also during night almost idle hours.
