Hello,

I'm hoping someone in the community has some advice or guidance on this. Is it possible to migrate a POP3 account to a SM Exchange ActiveSync Account all in Outlook 2013?

We're using SmarterMail 13.4.5603 on Windows 2012 R2.

Thanks

No, unfortunately you cannot import into an ActiveSync account locally. You will need to login to webmail and complete a mailbox import (migration) using Settings > Advanced Settings > Mailbox Migration. If you do not have access to the POP mailbox then the only other way is to add the local POP file as an archive, at least that way the user can access the mail within Outlook.

You can add the SM account as IMAP and copy the messages over, once complete delete account and add back as activesync.
