First Minor Upgrade 13.x to 13.4.5603

We recently purchased SmarterMail about a month ago and noticed that two minor releases are available. I've read the instructions for a minor upgrade but it's not clear what files are required to backup. We're running it as an IIS site.

Do we backup C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools and C:\SmarterMail?

You should backup both.
As a quick summary of what is where, C:\SmarterMail will contain all your domain and user information and C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools will contain your configuration settings.
