outlook 2013 IMAP sent items missing paperclip icon for attachments

all sent items in an IMAP folder that have attachments do not show a paperclip icon.   Is anyone else experiencing this same issue??  Is this by design or a limitation?  Is there a fix?
 
I am running 13.4.5603 on a windows 2008 server
 
I know that smartermail supports XLIST since version 10 so I am assuming that the capability is there.
