Trying to use site tuning for first time and get The url provided could not be contacted.

Using site tuning for the first time.  Tried it on one site setup that is showing stats for over a year now.  I get this when I try to scan the site:  The url provided could not be contacted.
Any ideas why?

Randy, have you verified that you have a URL specified in the 'Site URL' property?

yes I have, www.dejouxminiatures.com. double checked it in the admin 2 times!

Tried doing another site and here is the message that comes up after I hit scan site::

I also have this issue. The site did not have a url at first, I added it as it asked for it. I am going to reboot the server and see if that helps ... Yep... It must have cleared a cached value from the site data file.

Rod Lasky, You will have to get the development crew to refresh the site data. This needs to be done in the case where: the site does not have a url specified, they are prompted for the url, they enter the url and continue, but, they get an error because the system still has the old url variable cached and it was not refreshed after adding the missing url value.
