User account auto set to Disabled

One of my user account automatic set / check the "Disable User" check box even after I uncheck the box. My user is using Outlook to download all the Smartmail from webmail to laptop Outlook.
May I know what should I do about this?

Hi Xavier,
What version of SmarterMail are you currently running? Also, can you give me the path of where you're finding this setting? This may be something that you need to open a support ticket for as this is not expected behavior and I haven't heard of any known issues regarding this. However, I'll try and troubleshoot as I can.
