Be careful!!!

Web Service AddUser2 on SM 13.0 doesn't work!!!!

$exception {"Server was unable to process request. ---> User not found."}

Downgraded to 12.5

Use this build for SM 13 to fix the "User not found" issue with AddUser2 web service calls.
