Migration issue

Moving 65 domains/550 users from Smartermail 5 to Smartermail 13 and in a test tonight, I picked a domain and moved it across. Users showed up, their mail and folders did not. I found a KB article where someone said that the folder structure changed with v8, but that a migration from older versions just meant Smartermail would rework the folders when the domain was added. This evidently didn't happen.

What did I do wrong? I just want to move all users AND their mail from 5.x to 13.x

Hi John,

Running this utility should fix this. Just enter the full path to the domain affected. (ex: C:\SmarterMail\Domains\myDomain)

For the future you would want to upgrade your version 5 install first, it will perform the file structure change, then move your data.

Hi this tool is great but I don't seem to be able to get the recursive function to work. Is there a way to do that or an example?
