Where is the Spam mail list?

Hi guys,
If i add a email to spam (right mouse > Spam), where can i view this list to add/remove?
 
And is there a global list for the sys admin to edit or must i go to each user account?
The blacklist is for IPs and not addresses, so i might be missing something.

That action only enables the Bayesian to learn the email. You can't access or edit this unless you got through the filesystem.
