I have an issue here, appreciate if someone can help or advice.

I am using SmarterMail 12 and having ActiveSync license enabled on my mailbox.
I set it up on Outlook 2013 and notice different behavior based on Outlook account Offline Settings

1. If i set the Offline Settings - Mail to keep offline to 1 month
Every things works great and I get exactly 1 month old of email in all my folders
Everytime i restart Outlook it gets connected instantly.

2. If i set the Offline Settings - Mail to keep offline to All
Inbox will not be updated with new emails but Outlook says "All folders are up to date", I check on Webmail it is  not the case as I have newer mails there. I tried manual send and receive but no helps.
My oldest email in Inbox on webmail dated 15 Apr 2013, but my Outlook only shows 7 Feb 2014 being oldest
Everytime i restarted outlook, it takes around 2 - 3 minutes before getting connected to server.

My mailbox size around 3G

Is this an Outlook issue or SmarterMail? appreciate some advice on this

thank you

I have my Outlook 2013 setup with activesync and all mail, i've got a 4.5 gig mailbox and it works fine.

Have you already tried to blow out outlook and reinstall?

Must be a problem with you smartermail install perhaps? Have you tried uninstalling rebooting and reinstalling?

@Thames - did you manage to find a solution to this? I've just sparked up my first OL2013 EAS client and I'm getting the same issue and I'm running SM 13.1.5451...

Thanks, TJ

I am running into the same issues but only with a single mailbox. I have 105+ users and 30 are using the EAS service. All but one are working fine. This user does have a large mailbox 20gb in total. Did anyone find a solution to this issue? Is it mailbox or message corruption? Any help to resolve would be appreciated.
