Finding the reason why partner's mail is blocked (often)

Answered
My Partner asks why his mail is being blocked. And I cannot find any way to detect why his mail is blocked and his domain also is in the 'trusted domain' list.

What can I do to resolve the issue?

Make certain your logs are set to detailed, then go into your SMTP and DELIVERY logs and search, using his e-mail address.
