Aw Snap in Chome and Firefox in SM 6.8

Hi,
 
I have a number of users reporting that during message composing they will often get a 'Aw Snap!' error in Smartermail 6.8 using cHome 38 and the latest Safari.
 
Has anyone else encountered this error?

Yes, I see the upgrading to Chome 38 works and confirmed. However, what do I tell users of Safari?
