Cyren Not Scanning Messages to Incoming Domains

We have SmarterMail Enterprise Unlimited Users with Cyren Unlimited Users.  We have several Incoming Domains which we forward mail for.  Cyren is not scanning messages to those domains.  Is there some way to get it to scan all mail?
