How to block outgoing spam with smartermail 5.5

Hi to all,

I am using SmarterMail Enterprise 5.5 and I would like to know if it is possible to block outgoing spam from my server.

it happen many times that users are sending spam and I am being blocked by blacklists.

I would like to check if I can block the emails before they go out of the mail server?
