Our auto-reply emails to incoming tickets all have our company name and address at the bottom of them. Unfortunately, the address is very old. Where do I change the default address?
In Tickets/Signatures, I can see that we're sending
And what's showing up in the email is
14510 Big Basin Way, 106
Saratoga, CA 95070
I have been clicking everything, and reading the online help, and searching the knowledge base but I think the setup of our name and address may be so fundamental that I'm just missing it.
Look, I know this is a dumb question that must have an obvious answer. But I'm just missing what I need to change and I appreciate any help.
