Doofus Newbie question: Where do I change company address?

I am a doofus noob and I thank you in advance for your patience.
 
Our auto-reply emails to incoming tickets all have our company name and address at the bottom of them. Unfortunately, the address is very old. Where do I change the default address?
 
In Tickets/Signatures, I can see that we're sending

And what's showing up in the email is

I have been clicking everything, and reading the online help, and searching the knowledge base but I think the setup of our name and address may be so fundamental that I'm just missing it.

Look, I know this is a dumb question that must have an obvious answer. But I'm just missing what I need to change and I appreciate any help.

OK, figured it out. What's throwing me off is the brand-based organization scheme. It makes sense but it's not how I'm used to thinking about things.
 
For posterity, if anyone ever needs to figure this out, the setting is in Organization/Departments/(Edit)/Autoresponder
