Permissions On Who Can Post KB / News Articles?

Lets face it...as admins we know that not all who are given "Agent" access are that computer savvy. We want to limit who has the right to post KB and News articles. We do not want all "Agents" to have this ability, only certain individuals. This helps us control the quality of the information that is released.
 
Does anyone know if there is a way to do this, maybe I just can't find the setting? Or if this is not currently feasible, can it be added as a feature?

Organization > Roles > Agent > KB Articles & News > Change to "Read Only" > Save.

You can also create a custom agent roll and assign those you don' want to have write access to that roll.
