Large data copy

I need to copy a large amount of data from one server to another for a migration.  I would like to do an initial baseline copy and then later copy just the changes.  I know there is a thread here discussing a tool to facilitate this, but I can't find it.  (The search here makes me really wish we still had the old forums.)  Can someone suggest something other than file compare utilities like Beyond Compare?

I use a program called SyncBackSE.
 
Although I have only used it between two servers in the same datacenter.

What I did was setup a profile to duplicate the files. I ran it once to make the initial bulk copy. Then right before the switch I run it again and it only copies new or changed files.
