Simply installed it (SpamAssassin-In-Box) , the pointed SM to the IP address that SpamAssassin was on.

There are several examples of configuration files (for SpamAssassin) that I have used.

Also since every setup is different you may need to watch headers of improperly marked messages and tweak.

Make sure you have Header log level set to Score with test names and description under Remote SpamAssassin.
