I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into SmarterMail.  We are the developers of SmarterMail, but do not provide any hosting, so we won't have access to help you get logged in.  However, I did a search and it looks like you may be hosted by a company called Newtek, you can contact them at 877-323-4678.  They should be able to help you get back into your account.
