Migrating SmarterMail Server from v10 to v12

Hi, I have just followed your instructions and moved my SmarterMail installation from a Server to another. I was running v10.7 and I have now upgraded also to v12.5
 
Everything seems to have worked, except for the fact that I cannot log in into the new Server with any email account. I get an error that says, "SmarterMail has a licensing conflict. Contact the system administrator." My understanding from the above instructions was that I would have 30 days to run both server, while I am migrating and adjusting the DNS/MX settings for the domains!
 
Can you please confirm and explain what I need to do to get this parallel to work for 30 days?

Just contact SmarterMail sales and explain what you are doing, and they'll set your key to allow both boxes. It's pretty much automatic when you're staying with the same version. I have a feeling that SmarterTools licensing server doesn't like the two different versions.
