Error while accessing Email id

Hello Team,
 
We are getting below error while accessing one of our Email id.This error is getting only for one particular mail id.

Please help us on this.

What version of SmarterMail are you run?  How are the accessing the email account?  EAS, EWS, Webmail, etc.  What are the reproducible steps to get the error?

Hello, We are using SmarterMail Enterprise Version 13.1.5451 We are accessing it using Webmail. This is happening only for a particular user at random times. When it happens, after clicking Inbox it keeps loading for 5-10 minutes before actually showing the Inbox. Then it shows this error in IIS Event Log.

I recommend upgrading to the latest version of SmarterMail to see if that helps the situation at all.  If not, I would recommend opening a support ticket.  We may have to examine the actual user's mailbox.  If there is a SM bug, then the ticket would be refunded.
