Is there a way to export a Password Policy Compliance Report?

I've got a user with hundreds of email accounts and they want to see who has bad passwords.  What I'd like to do is run the Password Compliance Report for them and export the results to a CSV.  Am I missing something?  I can filter the list and see their users, but I don't see a way to export or even copy/paste?

Robert, go to SystemAdmin | Manage | Password Policy Compliance.  There is an "Export to CSV" button there that should work for you.

Hi there,

I am trying to get a report for our password compliancy but the CSV export under the "Password Policy Compliance" is empty. Also the "send email" and "expire password" options are disabled. You have any idea why that can happen?

Thanks!

What version of SmarterMail are you using?  In the latest BETA we changed the report to also show passwords that are non-compliant regardless of the "Skip enforcement for existing passwords" setting. In previous releases and BETA builds, if that setting was enabled then the report didn't show any names.  If you are running an older version, disable this to populate the report.

Yes Robert. It was empty because of the "Skip enforcement for existing passwords" option was enabled. Thank you for your help.
