I don't have a throttling tab

Not A Problem
I don't have a throttling tab. What could be the issue? I see the throttliing settings in the domains window, but when I click EDIT there is no throttling tab only: Options, Technical, Features, Limits, and Event Restrictions tabs. 
 
Using SmarterMail Professional 13.1.

The throttling tab is an enterprise only feature this is why you do not see it in the professional version.  It appears to be a display bug that you are seeing throttling when viewing the domain in the preview window.
