How Do I Bypass Abuse Detection for a Specific Email Account?
Question asked by Jonathan Hickman - 3/23/2015 at 7:51 AM

Within "Security > Abuse Detection > Internal Spammer", there is a feature to prevent messages from being sent if there are too many from a specific source; however, we have a single email account that is used for processing messages from a server that will exceed this limit.  Is there any way to bypass the limit for a single address?

Hi Johnathan. I don't believe you can bypass an email address. However, if the sender has a static IP, you can add that IP to your Smartermail whitelist and all messages from that IP will bypass Abuse Detection.

We have the exact same requirement with no solution.
Thinking we have set up a new installation for one domain!
