SRS doesn't appear to be working

We have a SM 13.3.5535 free set up as a secondary MX and this has SRS enabled.
The Primary MX is SM 13.3.5535 Enterprise.
this configuration has been in operation for a number of years.
 
Recently we have been noticing that emails forwarded from the secondary to the primary have started failing SPF tests because the primary tests are using the secondary's IP and the original senders email domain.
 
Not sure how long this has been occurring.
 
Anyone have any ideas what is going wrong?
