my mail can send out but cannot receive other mail server.

dear all,
 
 recently happen, my mail can send out, but l can't receive other mail server like gmail and etc event l send one mail from gmail to my mail, l still cannot receive and l don't receive any error from my gmail list.
 
 l try to check my domain halt l found one error  dns:154.88 - 1 Tests Failed
 
now all my smtp connection is fail.

Sounds like either a DNS or FIREWALL issue. 
 
Post your domain and we can test externally

my firewall is SNORT from pfsense, but l already using this firewall more that a years, it just happen this morning recently

First:  You have EIGHT (8) MX servers listed in DNS and none of them are on the right IP address.  This looks like someone went into your DNS and changed your MX records:


You should have only ONE MX server listing in your DNS.
 
That will have an "A" or HOST record which will be:
 
mail.pc.internet.com.my pointing to the IP address of 72.52.4.91
 
and then an MX record of
 
mail.pc.internet.com.my  with a priority of 10, or whatever number you assign to it.

No one can connect to your mail server right now because your DNS points to
 
mail.b-io.co, which has 8 different IP addresses
 
 
Find, and fix, the problems, and you will start receiving e-mail again.
 
Start by checking your DNS


If you recently did a major SmarterMail version upgrade, you may have missed new port mapping requirements, so check your SmarterMail HOST NAME, PORT MAPPINGS and IP ADDRESSES as well
