First: You have EIGHT (8) MX servers listed in DNS and none of them are on the right IP address. This looks like someone went into your DNS and changed your MX records:
You should have only ONE MX server listing in your DNS.
That will have an "A" or HOST record which will be:
mail.pc.internet.com.my pointing to the IP address of 72.52.4.91
and then an MX record of
mail.pc.internet.com.my with a priority of 10, or whatever number you assign to it.
No one can connect to your mail server right now because your DNS points to
mail.b-io.co, which has 8 different IP addresses
Find, and fix, the problems, and you will start receiving e-mail again.
Start by checking your DNS
If you recently did a major SmarterMail version upgrade, you may have missed new port mapping requirements, so check your SmarterMail HOST NAME, PORT MAPPINGS and IP ADDRESSES as well
