In Web based SmarterMail, Reply All has issues when domain alias is enabled
Problem reported by BIS Techies (Rebecca and Family) - 3/13/2015 at 7:44 PM
Dear All,
do you all know that if my domain is and i have an alias set for, whenever i REPLY-ALL when replying emails sent to either domain, will always include my primary domain email address.
as such, if sends by boss and me ( an email, and I'd like to REPLY-ALL, I will see my own email address in the TO: Field.
this will not happen if the domain alias is not enabled.
Any thoughts or help to this 'bug'?
