Domain been blocking by Gmail

Appreciate that someone can guild me how to resolved this issue.
 
been fill some form but still be blocking

It depends on why the email is being blocked. If you paste the bounce email content that might help. It could be to do with not having DMARC - SPF, rDNS, DKIM or simply your outgoing email IP on a spam list.
