Allow agent to paste image into body of a ticket reply

Currently if i paste an image into the body of a reply to a customer the image is lost in transit. The only way around this that i know of it to use file manager, which is not ideal.

You'll be happy to know, Craig, that this functionality will be present in SmarterTrack 10.x.  The BETA already supports this on KB articles, and it is going to be added to tickets, etc, very shortly.
