Spool Not Working and mail delivery going to Stop

Dear All,
I have SM 10.x Enterprises and we are getting a serious issue with mail delivery.
We have checked and found that the spool is going to stop and result is mail delivery does not happen.
At that time when we are stopping and starting the service of spool, some times its being up and sometimes we require to restart the SM windows service or the server.
As per the SM team they are only suggesting us to Upgrade with current but there are no resolution for this issue.
If any one have idea about it please revert with the solution.

Looking at your protocol stats it looks like you don't have a lot of volume so something is very wrong. When you look at the Spool what is the Status of most of the messages?
