Hi Michael.  Try switching DNS settings to Google's 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4, then restart the SmarterMail service, and see if messages are successfully sent.

Rod, many thanks.  In DNS I am technically challenged.  But if you can point me to the right place I can make the changes just a little confused do I make this correction on my server or in SmarterMail?

I learn fast and thanks for your help on this.

If it helps, please note that this happens too when sending to a non gmail account.

Michael
