Are we only here to help SmarterTools answer questions with zero support from them? Shouldn't we have direct access to at least ONE person at SmarterTools?
I spend a lot of time trying to help people, but there are a LOT of questions none of us can answer because they're undocumented and SmarterTools won't communicate with us.
I've become nothing more than a babysitter deleting spam thread (about 10 today).
Is this what the Product Expert program was intended to be?
