End existing sessions on password change event

Basically, if you have a spammer on your Smartermail email server, changing the password will not kill the currently active sessions, thus, the spammer can keep sending emails. In this case, only a restart of Smartermail would solve the issue.

This was completed in SmarterMail 16.x and has carried over to the Current Build. When a user's password is changed by an administrator, any logged in webmail sessions are ended.
