Email account create or delete log?

Is there any log about email account create or delete ? If so, please let me know where can I find these logs?

You can find information about account creation and deletion in System Admin | Manage | View Logs on administrative.  Ensure that you have set those logs to detailed (under System Admin | Settings | Log Settings | Log Detail Levels).  I hope this helps.

Hi, so I must set whatever log I want to show up in detail under the Administrative log to detailed? For example, I have Administrative set to detailed by Mailing Lists set to "Exception Only". 
 
If I want to get creation and deletion details for the Mailing Lists, I need to change the level to "Detailed"?
 
To get additional details such as Alias Added do I need to create an Event at the Global level and change Events to "Detailed" instead of "Exceptions Only"?
