Custom tickets responses

Is that possible to custom email template for each ticket response I will send to my customers ?
I would like to have the same design as my "Master Template".

Hello Oceane,
Thanks for the inquiry. You may create a new Ticket Template for each Department that you respond through. You would need to create the new template and field definitions in order to assign to the specific Department.  By default, the ticket template we have created will be used.
You are allowed to edit the existing Master Template that we have supplied.

I'm getting a 404 error on that link. Do I need to change the root for it to work?
