Some domain defaults are unchangeable

Why can't I change some of the default domain settings like disk usage limits and outgoing messages per hour.
These fields are unchangeable.

Hi Linda,
 
I just tested this on SmarterMail 13.1 and it worked properly.  What version of SmarterMail are you using and please provide the exact step so I can see if I am able to replicate this.
