Inbox doesn't show all imported messages

I am migrating a client into SmarterMail - their existing POP account has 14k emails.
 
The Mailbox Migration tool runs and shows it has imported all the emails, but then when the inbox starts to refresh and show the messages it gets to a point and then stops...therefore not all of them show.
 
Am I missing something??

Joe - Quite frankly this is from July 2014 - I don't even remember which client it was for.
