Sender never get bounce back email

Hi Sir, 
Some of my senders has got blacklisted by SmarterMail system. But the sender never receive that his email already blacklisted so he/she doesn't know that his/her email never received. Can the next smartermail have this feature? Or my current SM version already has it? My Smartermail's version is 12.0

Based on the log you provided the email is not black listed only greylisted.  Greylisting is a way to reduce spam.  For more information on how it works please see this article:  A properly configure remote server should try to resend after the specified time (300 seconds) and as long as it does the message will be received and delivered to the users. If your users are not receiving an email from a specific server that server may not be configured to resend.  
Hi Brian,
Can you provide me the steps or tutorial links to resend the Greylisting message to the users or senders? I've looked for that in my administration page, but no luck.
