I am having this difficulty as well. The security setting was set at requiring SPF and it failed testing from my own account email@example.com which does use SPF (and is on the same mail server as the account that does not work). I changed the settings to simply "Enabled" and it still does not work. Any direction would be most helpful as the client is away and hoping we will resolve this.
