This must be a problem of my installation because I cant send or receive emails from any account I create.
I have Plesk 12 and smarter mail professional 13.1

DNS issue?

I think it is, but I tried lot of things and I can´t put this to work. I have a domain yiqi.es in a company that brings DNS services. There is a web in this URL that i can acces and is in the same server as smarter mail. I´ve changed the MX register to yiqi.es, yiqi.es is the domain name I have in the domains setting of smartermail. I don´t know if there is something else I can check out

Post your domain name and we can do some external testing.

Yeah I was also thinking by the look of the rDNS it seems it may be hosted on a home connection.

I´ve opened port 25 but the problem is still there

actually I`ve opened ports 110 and 143 also

Is this a residential or commercial Internet account? Who is your Internet provider? Many residential providers completely block port 25, which must be open for MX servers.

I did an SMTP test and his server seems to respond now.

if port 25 is shut, you don't get the message that the user does not exist.
Steve Reid Replied
In fact his port 25 was initially blocked and he was getting the error posted.
Richard Frank Replied
probably he was connect via intranet.  You just do not get .. "user does not exist" when there is no mailserver listening at all @ 25.
But I see there is no problem for him anymore.
A test on postmaster works now

I´m not. I´m having the same issue. The extrange thing is that if I send emails from a web using an SMTP account that is external, everything Works fine. So port 25 is working fine, I can receive mails in Servicios@yiqi.es, but I cannot send anything through this account. I have allways the same error.
