Since Smartermail 5 only has domainkeys built-in and not dkim. I installed dkeyevent to enable dkim. I cannot get it to work. I have checked the Smartermail settings, paths, dns, etc.  I have installed dkeyevent successfully on other servers.  This is a Windows 2003 server.  It looks like a problem with the command line.

 

My command line in the spool tab is this:

 C:\SmarterMail\DKeyevent\dkeyevent.exe %filepath

 

The delivery log shows this:

 

[84351] Launching 'C:\SmarterMail\DKeyevent\dkeyevent.exe' command line exe.
 [84353] Launching 'C:\SmarterMail\DKeyevent\dkeyevent.exe' command line exe.
 [84348] Command line exe timed out.  Killing the process.

 [84350] Command line exe finished.
 

Any advice to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
