Email Template for Forwarding a Ticket through an Event

When a ticket is forwarded because of a system event, an email is sent to the agent the ticket is forwarded to.
The content of the email message is hardcoded in SmarterTrack.  There is no email template to change the content of this email message.
Would like a feature to make the contents of this email message a template.
