Activate a Free Trial for Microsoft Exchange Web Services

Microsoft Exchange Web Services is available as an optional add-on to SmarterMail and is associated to a specific SmarterMail license key at the time of purchase. Customers that are interested in testing the Microsoft Exchange Web Services add-on before purchasing may do so by activating a 30-day trial within SmarterMail. NOTE: The trial may only be activated once.

Follow these steps to activate the 30-day trial for the Microsoft Exchange Web Services add-on:

  1. Log in as the system administrator.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Click Licensing from the menu on the left. 
  4. Click the Start Trial button on the Exchange Web Services tile to to open the trial details dialog.
  5. Click OK to begin the trial.

NOTE: For mailboxes that will process and store large volumes of email, it is recommended that they be set up to connect to SmarterMail using IMAP as EWS performance suffers when processing large volumes of email.
