SmarterTrack Enterprise allows employees to access live chat functionality from mobile devices through the use of the mobile interface. For instructions on accessing the mobile interface, please refer to Access SmarterTrack on a Mobile Device.

Follow these steps to access live chat via the SmarterTrack mobile interface:
- Log into the SmarterTrack mobile interface as an agent.
- Select Chats.
- Select My Live Chats.
- The employee will have access to their active\inactive chats and can send\receive messages accordingly.
